Another Imortant Endorsement

I've made it clear that I do not think political endorsements carry much weight, so I was happy to receive the following letter in the mail today:

Dear Mayor Tutunjian:
It is a pleasure to inform you that the CSEA's Regional Political Action Committee has endorsed your candidacy for Mayor as recommended by Local 842.
This endorsement acknowledges your interests in the issues affecting public workers and your commitment to addressing the needs of all hard working men and women in the City of Troy.
We stand ready to help your campaign.
Best wishes in your campaign.
Sincerely,
Paul Carroll
CSEA President
That makes us two for two in the endorsements we have sought, the other being the New York League of Conservation Voters earlier this week. I will also be asking the Troy Fire Department for their endorsement, and will be participating in interviews with the Times Union and Troy Record. The Troy Police Department has decided not to endorse anyone for Mayor.
There are but 24 days until the election, at which time I hope to once again earn the ultimate endorsement- the people of Troy.
Tomorrow I will have some pictures from last night's Troy High- La Salle football game, as well as some photos of the Friends of Barker Park Brunch, which will take place on the first floor of the Conservatory Sunday morning.
Have a great Saturday evening!
Harry
